Terms and Condition Of Service
Course details and schedules are subject to change due to various factors. All courses are scheduled for commencement on a best effort basis.
Every batch has limited seats. Registration for a batch should be completed 4 to 10 days before scheduled commencement.
Fees once taken is not refunded or adjusted in any situation, adjustment of fee, irrespective of whether the participant has attended any class or not. This does not apply when Fortune 4 u Academy for Foreign Languages is not able to start a batch or individual.
Transfer of participation from one batch or individual to another does not work, except at the absolute discretion of the management of Fortune 4 u Academy for Foreign Languages, and is subject to a “transfer fee” of Rs. 3000.
If for some reason, Fortune 4 u Academy for Foreign Languages is unable to start any proposed batch, a full refund will be given, or transfer to an alternative batch without payment of the transfer fee will be allowed.
Fortune 4 u Academy for Foreign Languages has given any discount for the group : that a full refund will not be given or transfer to an alternative batch or individual without payment of the transfer fee will be allowed.
Certificates to be issued upon course completion are based on attendance, class participation and performance in assessments. Thus certificates may not be issued to all those who do not qualify.
Regular attendance of classes is expected. We will not provide free compensatory classes for sessions that any participant might miss. If any compensatory classes are required by the participant, these may be arranged on a “to pay” basis, at the rate of Rs. 800 to 1200 per hour of such “make-up’ classes.
Each language training has a different flow and approach of execution, which is based on the nuances and cultural aspects of the language.
The discounted course fee is applicable for proposed batch slots and for weekdays
The discounted course fee will not provide compensation classes
Rules
Students must adhere to while attending the online classes :
I. Login Time
login Time Students are expected to login promptly on time as it would enable the teacher to start the class on time.
II. Class Room Ambience
Class Room Ambience The student must make sure to sit in a noise free area
III. Class Room Behavior
Class Room Behavior: Eating food during the class is not considered as a good etiquette. Involving other than the registered member in the class will lead to termination of Admission.
IV. Interruption Free Environment
The student must ensure to avoid interruption from other members of the family or friends during the class. The student must ensure to use headphones and switch on the web camera during the class.
V. Punctuality & Frequency of Leaves
Fortune 4 u Academy for Foreign Languages gives immense importance to regularity in attending classes. Students must attend classes regularly, failing which continuously for more than 3* days will terminate the admission. One leave is allocated for every 12 classes per month. Extra allocation of leaves are only possible with prior permission from the Admin.
VI. Payment
Students are expected to pay the fee upfront before starting the first class, failing which organization pauses the classes.
VII. Class timings
Students are expected to be fixed with selected time slot. After fixing you can change the classes only if the faculty is available at that time. Or you must continue in the already scheduled time.
